4-H Goat Teen & Adult Volunteer Leader Workshop

October 24–26, 2008 – Kettunen Center
Gain new ideas and information about the 4-H goat project. You’ll choose from a variety of learning opportunities including herd management, health, nutrition, exhibiting skills, animal evaluation and 4-H club programs. You’ll have the chance to exchange ideas, make new friends and develop new networks with other individuals who have a high interest in the 4-H goat program. A highlight of the workshop will be the auction that is held in support of the State 4-H Goat Award and other goat-related 4-H educational events. You are encouraged to develop plans for sharing what you learn at the workshop in your county. Open to adult and teen volunteers aged 13 and up.
