Junior Problem Solving
Situation # 1
You recently purchased a four-month-old wether. The sellers told you that they had dehorned and castrated him
at three weeks of age, and gave him his tetanus shots too. All you have left to do is feed and take care of him.
You are feeding him grain and alfalfa hay twice a day and watering him once a day. A couple of weeks go by,
and you notice one night while doing chores that you wether is lying down in his stall and acting different. He is
depressed, not eating, looks bloated, acts constipated, and is straining. What is wrong with him and what do you
do?
Do you know the answer? If you do then you should enter the GOAT EXPO 2012!
Problem Solving is a team event at the 2012 GOAT EXPO...by the way, 2 or more people are a team....so grab a friend and check out the other Situations, choose one and enter this contest!
